1. Services Provided
CommissionCheck provides browser-based analytics and data overlays for Amazon Influencer research, including Empty Video Slots (EVS), On-site Commission (ONSC) estimates, and On-site Commission Estimated Monthly Revenue (ONSC EMR). We make no guarantee regarding the absolute accuracy or longevity of Amazon's website layouts or product details as they are controlled entirely by Amazon.com.
2. Use of License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Extension for personal, non-commercial research purposes. You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Extension or its backend APIs.
- Use any automated scrapers, bots, or scripts to collect data from our backend processors.
- Circumvent any access controls or subscription paywalls.
3. Accounts and Registration
Certain features may require you to register an account with a valid email. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE EXTENSION AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CommissionCheck does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully synchronized with Amazon's dynamic page updates. In no event shall CommissionCheck be liable for any loss of revenue, data, or indirect damages arising out of your use of our tool.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our backend features at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you are in breach of these Terms or engaged in scraping our servers.
